When choosing the location in which we wanted to film at, many factors were brought into consideration, that included the brightness/darkness of the area, the noise surrounding it, any people near the area of our production, (like dog walkers) and being able to actually get to it while it is light outside. We had a couple of ideas like the forrest down KLV, and the green down near the old abandoned Kettering ground.  Finally coming to a group agreement, we agreed on filming all of our scenes at Grafton underwood.

Grafton Underwood is a great place to do the filming because not many people go there, so it will be peaceful to film, without getting distracted by anyone. In addition to this, the scenery surrounding it will bring an impact of horror towards the two minute title opening of our horror film. There are old war bunkers there as well which is associated towards the theme of our opening as our film is related to the modern day supremacists

Due to issues with the lighting in our original location. We decided to alter where we would be filming to make the location more accessible to the rest of our cast as well as improve the lighting. We went with the location of furnace lane in Kettering as it was conveniently located within a walking distance to the school and all of our houses meaning it wouldn't be an issue if shots had to be re filmed as we wouldn't have to organise lifts to Grafton Underwood.  Furnace Lane has an alleyway to which the Zyklon's are able to pursue their target as well as an area that the target can inexplicably trip over. As well as the street where the target can split of from his friends, the area also has a housing estate at the bottom of it where the target can be walking through, but also a forest like area which is isolated meaning it would be a more realistic location for the Zyklon's to attack. We were able to get some pictures of our location similar to Grafton Underwood.
